Since Adam took ownership of The Coppermill in May 2010, he had one mission in mind: to serve his customers the best tasting food possible. Within six months, he was receiving rave reviews on not only his customer service and great atmosphere but also on his succulent array of entrees starring "Aged to Perfection" steak and prime rib offerings.
Adam attributes his knowledge and success of his fabulous menu to his family and life experiences. His father, Cal Siegfried, has been in the beef business for over 25 years and through him Adam learned the true importance of a minimum of 28 days of aging. Additionally, Adam's grandmother, Ethyl, is behind the infamous and most delectable mud pie around. Adam, brother, Ben, and their Dad, Cal, collaborated to create the Rockabelly Burger which has been a hit since it debuted on the Lounge Menu. Lastly, Adam's experiences in Alaska have added to the impeccable sea selections on the menu.
